Do drivers need to install an app?
No. Drivers sign on any smartphone or tablet in the browser. There is nothing to download, nothing to update, and nothing to go wrong on the morning of a delivery.
What happens when there's no signal at the site?
Signatures and photos are captured on the device and held securely until signal returns, then synced automatically. Docks, warehouses and rural drops are exactly what it was built for.
How do our customers get their PODs?
Two ways. The signed POD is emailed to the customer, admin and warehouse the moment the driver completes the job, and customers can also retrieve any POD themselves from a self-service portal using the container number. No login, no phoning around.
What about rejected or failed deliveries?
A rejection is logged with its reason, a watermarked proof-of-attempted-delivery PDF is generated automatically, and the customer is notified in one click. Nothing rests on a note scribbled in the cab.
